    CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION
    Cancellation or change in booking must be in writing and submitted at the latest. 10:00 three weeks before the day of insertion. Cancellation of part of the campaign receives the newspaper is entitled to charge discount when improperly obtained.

    AD SUBMISSION
    Final copy must be submitted at the latest. 10:00 two weeks prior to introduction. Material should be delivered as printable PDF file and follow our guidelines for magazines attachments. Final copy must be submitted via www.annonsdax.se/webbinlamning

    Prices
    All prices listed include advertising. VAT.

    TERMS OF PAYMENT
    10 days from the invoice date. Payments made after the due date will be charged late payment fee and interest calculated in accordance with § 6 Interest Act.

    COMPLAINTS
    Note the inserted advertisement shall be made within three business days after insertion and invoice within eight days. Errors in ad materials received after material deadline can not be claimed.

    AD REVIEW
    Newspapers reserves the right to reject inappropriate ads.

    Newspapers RESPONSIBILITY
    Responsibility for errors in advertising is limited to a maximum cost of the ad. For damages due to missing or wrongly produced ad does not accept responsibility.

    MATERIAL INFORMATION


    LIABILITY
    Customer is responsible for the advertising material produced is accurate and consistent with our specifications. Customer is responsible for the advertising material is ad reception provided before exposed material deadline.

    CHECKLIST
    Check the following points before now send PDFs:

    • The size corresponds to the booked space.
    • That the outcome is 4 mm across (with bleed format) and includes crop marks.
    • All RGB images converted to CMYK or Grayscale.
    • That all CMYK images are high resolution of at least 300 ppi and mounted in 100% size.
    • All fonts are included or vectorized (made as paths).
    • All spot colors in the ad (often logos) are converted to CMYK.
    • The amount of color to the maximum allowed.
    • Not using the small size of the text appearing on multicolored background.
    • The text should be black not 4 color separated.

    FORMAT
    Advertising material should be delivered in the booked ad format: with crop marks and outcomes for bleed ad; without marks and bleeds in advertising on kit surface.

    PICTURES
    All images and colors should be in CMYK with minimum resolution of 300 ppi. Optimal image conversion is made in the image processing applications.

    CMYK
    Color ads should be saved in CMYK. Colors from other color systems will be converted to CMYK. Liability for any color discrepancies in the conversion from color system lies with materiallämnaren.

    SATURATION
    Colour saturation should not exceed the maximum allowable value for each attachment. Augmented color variety can cause smearing of pressure. See www.annonsdax.se/webbinlamning details.

    ICC PROFILES
    ICC profiles for conversion to CMYK colors are available under www.annonsdax.se/webbinlamning
